What the challenge includes:

📖 Challenge Workbook- your challenge guide to help you set goals and prepare for the week

🍏 Nourishing meals – Complete 7 day meal plan of delicious,  gut nourishing recipes that fuel and revitalize you; even the grocery list and how to meal prep!

💧 Gentle detoxification – Intro to intermittent fasting that leaves you feeling lighter and more energized

🏃‍♀️ Daily movement – Focus on easy, energizing exercises to help you reset and get your body moving

🧘‍♀️ Mindset shifts and prayer – Empowering practices with the Visual Success Guide to create a positive, balanced relationship with your mind, body, and faith

You will have access to an ongoing Facebook group created just for participants like you! This group is a space for extra accountability, encouragement, and support as you move through the challenge.

-Official launch date for the Facebook group is Monday, July 21, 2025, this is optional though! You can complete on your own or challenge yourself and a friend!

-You will have access to the challenge content once you purchase

-I encourage you to purchase at least 4-5 days prior to the date you want to start to allow time to meal plan and prepare!

It’s completely flexible:

-Join the group when it works best for you and know you’ll never be doing it alone!
